  • Repair Services: Refunds may be offered if a cancellation request is submitted before work begins. Once work has commenced, refunds are issued only at our discretion.

4. Repair Service Terms

For gaming chair and console repair:

  • Devices must be shipped or delivered as per our instructions.

  • Chloe Battle Zone is not responsible for damages occurring during transit.

  • We offer a limited warranty (up to 30 days) on specific repairs. Proof of service is required.

Chloe Battle Zone shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of such possibilities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.
